Founder and President Joe Osborn has over 24 years of experience in the advertising business. Needless to say, he has a thing or two to teach us all, and he does so as strategic advisor to our Executive Management Team.

With over 35 years of marketing and communications planning experience, CEO Steve Barr helms our organization. His industry knowledge and deep roots in agriculture serve him well as a strategic advisor to our Executive Management Team.

With more than 20 years of experience in the advertising industry, Steve Kunkel serves as Chief Operating Officer for O&B. He provides strategic management and counsel to members of the O&B Account Service Team and ensures efficiency in our day-to-day agency operations.

As Chief Creative Officer, Cheryl Bergeron is responsible for keeping our creative output at its best. She brings to her role over 15 years of experience in creative direction, concept development and copywriting. But lest you think she’s a freewheeling creative spirit, she’s also served on the client side of the table for several organizations.

As agency CFO, Rhonda Ries-Aguilar oversees financial and legal matters for the agency. Rhonda has over 20 years of experience managing finances, 15 of those spent with O&B. Her guidance helps us ensure financial accuracy and transparency for our clients.

One of the agency’s first hires, Michael Turley joined O&B in 1991. He now serves as Executive Vice President, providing oversight for the agency’s growth and development initiatives and all strategic planning efforts. A fourth-generation farmer, Turley was born, raised and is still active on his family’s 800-acre/120-cow dairy farm in southern Illinois.

As President of Association and Government business, Hugh Whaley leads the teams responsible for specialized communications on behalf of producer-funded organizations, not-for-profit associations and U.S. Government agencies. With over 11 years serving this sector of our agency’s business, Hugh is an experienced leader and trusted advisor to those he serves.
