Public Relations Account Executive

The PR Account Executive will be working with the agency's largest client. The Account Executive will be overseeing public relations efforts for the Monsanto Grow Communities business, and is responsible for the coordination of client projects to position client issues, products, brands and services in the marketplace.

Responsibilities include:

• Execute established plans to present solutions to client issues.  Will involve developing and managing projects, production, creative coordination, overseeing team and initiatives, and written communications;
• Interacts with the client’s customers, vendors, boards, media, and industry influencers to achieve client objectives;
• Participates on the account team to assist with providing strategic counsel to clients; Oversees team members and their initiatives;
  
• Generates project relative story ideas and produces clear concise copy under deadline;
• Event management and travel;
• Additional duties and projects as required.

We are looking for a resourceful and creative individual with exceptional experience in public relations initiatives. The ideal candidate will have five or more years experience in an advertising or public relations agency, enthusiasm for the agriculture industry, and strong writing skills. This individual should possess:
